Sony Pictures Entertainment has bought the rights to make a movie on Steve Jobs life based on Walter Isaacson's authorized Steve Jobs biography which hits shelves on Oct. 24. Isaacson has been reportedly paid $1 million in advance for the rights, and another $2 million will go his way when the movie is produced. There is no word yet on a filming or release schedule.
